I bought a round of beef. This parts is called "Tortuguita" in Spanish. I heard Tortuguita is best for food cooked by boiling or stewing. So by this beef, I tried to cook curry rice today.
Nowadays I'm good at cooking curry. The point of curry is sauting onion until goled brown first.
Today's curry is best of cooking this trip. The beef "Tortuguita" was not too tough and not too tender. This is best in curry rice.
